These terms govern your use of Claseha, operated by Andrii Melnyk. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
Claseha is a class booking platform for small gyms and fitness studios. It is provided as-is, free of charge during the MVP phase, with no uptime guarantee.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials secure.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for anything unlawful or fraudulent.
- Attempt to access other users’ accounts or interfere with the Service’s operation.
- Scrape, resell, or redistribute the Service without written permission.
4. Content and intellectual property
Gym names, class names, and other content you create remain your property. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to host and display that content as needed to run the Service. All Claseha branding, code, and design are ours.
5. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that bookings will meet your specific needs.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (which, for a free MVP, is zero). We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Spain, without prejudice to any consumer rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
