Handbook

Detailed walkthroughs of everything Claseha can do — for owners, trainers, and members. No fluff, just the real moves.

For owners

You're the gym owner — you create the gym, set the monthly fee, invite the team, and run the day-to-day. Every screen explained below.

1. Setting up your gym

Sign up, pick a gym name and city. Optionally add the monthly fee in euros and your gym logo (PNG or JPEG, up to 10 MB). The slug — the URL your members will use, like claseha.com/your-gym — is generated from the name. You can change the name, city, fee, and logo any time from settings.

2. The QR poster

From the menu (top right), tap “QR code”. You get a printable A4 PDF with your gym's logo (or the claseha wordmark if no logo is set), the gym name, and a QR pointing to claseha.com/your-gym. Print and hang it where members can see it. The poster is bilingual — toggle EN/ES before downloading. You can also email the PDF to yourself or anyone else from the same screen.

3. How members and trainers join

They scan the poster, land on your gym's public page, and tap one of three buttons: “Join as member”, “Join as trainer”, or (only visible to you) “Open dashboard”. Sign-up is email + password and takes about 30 seconds — no app to install. They appear in your roster the moment they confirm their email.

4. Creating classes

From the dashboard, tap the green “+” button. Pick a name, date, start and end time, and number of spots. To repeat the class weekly, set “Repeat for X weeks” (up to 12). Each week becomes its own class, so bookings and cancellations stay clean per session — cancelling one week doesn't cancel the rest.

5. Editing, cancelling, and deleting

Tap any class on the schedule to open its detail page. Edit changes the time, date, name, or capacity. Cancel keeps the class on the schedule with a “Cancelled” badge so booked members know not to come — it doesn't count toward stats or trophies. Delete removes the class entirely. Past classes drop off the schedule automatically once they end.

9. Trainers

Menu → Trainers. See everyone with a trainer role at your gym, how many classes they've run, and a quick link to their detail page. Trainers sign up the same way members do (via the QR), then ask you to upgrade their role — or they pick “Join as trainer” at sign-up.

10. Owner trophies

Earned silently as your gym grows: First member · Ten members · Fifty members · First class run · 100 classes · Three trainers · 500 bookings. View them at /trophies. Trophies are a soft signal — they don't unlock features, just acknowledge milestones.

11. Multi-gym ownership

One account can own several gyms. From the gym switcher (top-left on the dashboard), tap “Add another gym” to create a second one. Each gym has its own roster, fee, freeze cap, classes, and finance — but you switch between them in one tap.

For trainers

You're a trainer — you run classes for the gym. Here's how it works end-to-end.

1. Joining a gym

Scan the gym's QR poster (or open the URL the owner shared). Tap “Join as trainer”. Sign up with your email and password, confirm via the email link, and you're in.

2. The schedule view

Two tabs at the top: All classes shows everything happening at the gym; My classes filters to the ones you're teaching. Past classes auto-archive. Cancelled classes show a “Cancelled” badge.

3. Creating classes

Tap the green “+”. Pick name, date, start/end time, spots, and (optionally) repeat for up to 12 weeks. The class shows up on the gym schedule under your name immediately.

4. Editing your own classes

You can edit, cancel, or delete classes you created. You can't touch other trainers' classes — only the owner can.

5. The roster

Open any class you're teaching to see who booked. You see names and avatars; the owner sees full contact info (email and phone). This is on purpose — it keeps members' contacts private from peers.

6. Booking yourself in

Want to attend a class as a participant? Open it and tap “Book”. You'll show up in the roster like any other attendee — useful for cross-training with colleagues.

7. Trainer trophies

Earned for teaching: First class · 10 classes · 50 classes · Full house (1, 5, 10, 50 sold-out classes). Visible at /trophies. Owners see your class count next to your name in the trainers list — trophies just make the work visible.

8. Training at multiple gyms

Same login works across gyms. Once you're a trainer at gym A and (say) a member at gym B, you switch context from the top-left dropdown. Roles are per-gym, not per-account.

For members

You're a gym member — booking classes and showing up. Every screen explained below.

1. Joining a gym

Scan the gym's QR poster, tap “Join as member”, sign up with your email and password (about 30 seconds), confirm via the email link. No app to install — it works in any phone browser.

2. Browsing the schedule

Two tabs: Schedule (everything available to book) and My bookings (just the ones you've booked). Each card shows the class name, trainer, date and time, and live spots-left counter.

3. Booking a class

Tap the green Book button. If the class is full, the button reads “Full” and is disabled. Once booked, you see a confirmation modal with an “Add to Calendar” button — tap to download an .ics file that opens in Google/Apple/Outlook calendar.

4. Cancelling a booking

Open the booked class and tap “Cancel” — your spot opens up immediately for someone else. No penalty; just please be considerate.

5. Adding to your calendar

On any class detail page, tap “Add to calendar” — a .ics file downloads. Open it to add the class to your default calendar app. Times are floating (no timezone) so they show as local time wherever you are.

7. Member trophies

Earned by attending: First booking · 10 bookings · 50 · 100 · 4-week streak (don't miss a week) · 3+ class types tried. Visible at /trophies. They're private to you — neither the owner nor other members see your collection.

8. Account settings

Menu → Settings. Edit your name, phone, avatar, password, or app language. You can also delete your account — this removes you from every gym, deletes your bookings, and cascades to any gyms you own.

9. Multi-gym membership

One account can be a member at any number of gyms. Scan another gym's QR while logged in, choose “Join as member”, and you're in. Switch between gyms from the top-left dropdown on the dashboard.
